Jim Moularadellis – Chief Enthusiasm Officer

Jim joined Austwine in 1998 as a minor shareholder of Austwine Exports, and at the same time founded Austwine Brokers. He has an Honours Degree in Law, a Bachelor Degree in Economics and is a Certified Practising Accountant. Before joining Austwine, Jim worked for approximately 10 years in both the legal and accounting professions as well as gaining experience with a public utility and a large listed mining house.  Jim grew up on a vineyard, and since 1995 has been involved full time in the Australian Wine Industry.

Jim is always on the move; however his spare time is spent with his wife and 4 children (including twin boys!)

Chris Nye

Chris Nye – Vineyard Manager

Chris has been involved in the wine industry for 15 years, working throughout several wine regions throughout Australia.  He is passionate and dedicated and takes great pride in his vineyards.

For relaxation he enjoys golf, horse racing and of course a good bottle of Barossa red.

Nicole Eatwell – Chief Financial Officer

Nicole joined Austwine in March 2017. She emigrated from South Africa in 2016, where she obtained an Honours Degree in Accounting Science and is a registered Chartered Accountant. Prior to working at Austwine, Nicole was the Group Financial Manager for a vehicle branding and advertising company located in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Nicole enjoys spending her time doting over her baby boy, early morning fitness classes and relaxing with her husband when her son allows them the time.



Jessica Tiessem – Business Development Executive

Jess started at Austwine in June 2004, and has a Bachelor of Wine Marketing. Before working at Austwine, Jess spent time working in cellar door and hospitality with one of Australia’s most recognised wine companies.

In her spare time, Jess enjoys spending time with friends & family, especially her baby boys.  She enjoys cooking & loves a good food & wine experience.



Emily Bampton – Account Specialist

Emily started at Austwine in April 2016. Prior to joining Austwine, Emily studied Medical Science and spent 7 years working in the grain industry, where she was responsible for managing relationships with Australia’s largest grain exporters and marketers.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys spending time with family & friends and is a keen vintage clothes shopper. She also enjoys hiking, camping, playing netball, sewing and drinking stout.



Sue Murphy – Director of First Impressions

Sue started at Austwine in February 2006. Before working here, she spent over 20 years working for a chartered accounting firm.

In her spare time, Sue has a keen interest in the real estate market and in particular in building and selling houses. She is also a keen gardener, and enjoys walking her dog and cooking.

Anthony Turbill – Export Administration & Business Development

Anthony joined Austwine, initially as the shipping and accounts officer, midway through 2008. He previously worked in the UK for two and a half years for a leading liquid logistics company, dealing primarily with European import and export operations.

In his spare time Anthony enjoys Crossfit, boxing, bike riding, experimenting with new recipes, playing around on his turntables, and planning which exotic country to visit next!



Andrea Carter – Accounts Officer

Andrea started working at Austwine in mid 2000 as Jim’s personal assistant. In 2006 she moved into a new role as accounts officer in the Finance team.

Prior to working at Austwine, Andrea worked with a public relations firm for 6 years. In her spare time she enjoys reading, dining out, and spending time with family and friends, although most of her time is spent chasing after her young children.



Jeremy Kirlew

Jeremy Kirlew – Vineyard Supervisor

Jeremy joined Austwine in 2011 to oversee the day to day running of our Broken Plough vineyard in the Barossa Valley.  Prior to Austwine, Jeremy spent an extensive period of time in the irrigation industry.

When he is not looking after the vineyard, Jeremy enjoys golf, fishing and of course – spending time with his wife and kids (Aaron and Jazintah).



Cam Peters – Vineyard Supervisor

Cam started at Austwine in 2016. He previously managed a citrus property and has been involved in farm work for the past 12 years.

When he’s not working, Cam loves playing and coaching footy, golfing with his wife, and watching his daughters drive their go-karts and play netball (and also having a few cold froffies!).



Ryan Burr – Vineyard Supervisor

Ryan started with Austwine in April 2016. He is a Metal Fabricator by trade and worked as this for 7 years.

Ryan really enjoys camping, fishing, off road racing and spending time with family and friends. He is married with 1 daughter, who is nearly 3, and has another baby on the way.



Bradley Wilksch – Vineyard Supervisor

Bradley joined Austwine in July 2012 at the ripe old age of 20, having been employed at a local private vineyard for 18 months after finishing high school.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing cricket for Eudunda-Robertstown during Summer and Football for Ramco during winter (followed by a few refreshments after games). Bradley is also an active member of Cadell Country Fire Service, where he holds the rank of Lieutenant 1.
