Jim Moularadellis
Chief Enthusiasm Officer
Jim joined Austwine in 1998 and assumed full ownership of the business in 2005. He has an Honours Degree in Law, a Bachelor Degree in Economics and is a Certified Practising Accountant. Before joining Austwine, Jim worked for approximately 10 years in both the legal and accounting professions as well as gaining experience with a public utility and a large listed mining house. Jim grew up on a vineyard, and since 1995 has been involved full time in the Australian Wine Industry.
His family is his priority when not at work, along with regular sessions at the gym.
Sue Murphy
Director of First Impressions
Sue started at Austwine in February 2006. Before working here, she spent over 20 years working for a chartered accounting firm.
In her spare time, Sue has a keen interest in the real estate market and in particular in building and selling houses. She is also a keen gardener, and enjoys walking her dog and cooking.
Paul Fitzgerald
Chief Financial Officer
Paul joined Austwine permanently in July 2023, having previously covered our former CFO’s maternity leave in 2020. He liked his time here so much he jumped at returning! Paul has a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy, is a registered Chartered Accountant and has a Graduate Certificate in Data Science. Before joining Austwine he worked in finance in multiple industries ranging from the profession and commerce to the not-for-profit sector.
Paul is married with 3 sports-focused daughters, so spare time is spent involved in their activities. He also enjoys bike riding which he hopes to do more of and is fascinated by the wine industry, both the consumption and business sides which makes his work at Austwine ideal.
Iris Li
Commercial Wine Sales Assistant
Iris joined the company in early 2020. She is an enthusiastic wine professional with broad client-focused experiences gained across Ireland, the United States, and Australia.
Iris moved to Adelaide in early 2016 to further pursue her passion in wine, where she completed her Master’s degree in Wine Business and WSET Level 3, while travelling and tasting through the surrounding regions.
Iris loves to share her passion for wine and is always ready to strike up a conversation about wine or share a glass.
Jane Moularadellis
Business Development and Marketing Specialist
Jane joined Austwine in 2015. She has degrees in Law and languages (French and German), and a Level 2 Award in WSET Wines Study.
Jane’s passion for wine commenced in her youth, working in hospitality whilst studying. Until recently, Jane maintained a successful career in law which spanned 30 years, but is now focussing on the family business.
Jane is passionate about Australian wine and when not at work, pairs that passion with a love of family, cooking, food, travel and languages.
Skye Gray
Assistant Accountant
Skye joined Austwine in September 2017 and has a Diploma in Accounting. She has over 10 years experience working in a range of roles including Import, Distribution and Finance, and is excited to adapt these skills to her role at Austwine.
When she isn’t at work, Skye has two young boys who keep her busy. In her spare time she enjoys relaxing with family and friends, days at the beach, weekends away, cooking, and having a few quiet wines or ciders with her husband.
Andrea Carter
Accounts Officer
Andrea started working at Austwine in mid 2000 as Jim’s personal assistant. In 2006 she moved into a new role as accounts officer in the Finance team.
Prior to working at Austwine, Andrea worked with a public relations firm for 6 years. In her spare time she enjoys reading, hanging out with friends, and spending time with her husband and two children.
Jeremy Kirlew
Vineyard Supervisor
Jeremy joined Austwine in 2011 to oversee the day to day running of our Broken Plough vineyard in the Barossa Valley. Prior to Austwine, Jeremy spent an extensive period of time in the irrigation industry.
When he is not looking after the vineyard, Jeremy enjoys golf, fishing and of course – spending time with his wife and children (Aaron and Jazintah).
Bradley Wilksch
Vineyard Supervisor
Bradley joined Austwine in 2012 after finishing high school and working at a local private vineyard for 18 months. In December of 2017, he moved into the role of Vineyard Supervisor.
In his spare time, he enjoys sport, camping, weekends away, and spending time with his partner Jodie and newborn son Archie.
Leonard Keating
Vineyard Supervisor
Leonard joined Austwine in 2021 to oversee the running of the Stanton property in the Sunraysia. He has worked in horticulture/viticulture for about 38 years.
When not at work he enjoys fishing, camping, growing orchids, spending time with family and spoiling his grandkids. He has also been known to have the odd Bundy!
Cam Cox
Vineyard Supervisor
Cam joined Austwine in 2022 having worked in the horticultural industry for 12 years, managing a veggie farming operation for 7 years, and doing irrigation and general farming.
Cam loves being part of the Nangiloc Colignan Community and is president of the Nangiloc football Netball club for his 4th season now. When not at work he enjoys spending time on the farm with his fiancé Tegan and their 2 daughters Makenna (5) and Kahlani (1), keeping fit, football club, golf and helping around the tight knitted local community.
